Thanksgiving

It's thanksgiving and I have a lot to be thankful for. Marching band is finally over. We had the best marching band season in school history this year and we also became the best drum majors in school history winning 3 drum major awards. Although being drum major was fun I decided to retire because I just love playing too much.

I made Maryland all State Jazz Band this year. I'm the first one from Cecil County to ever make it. And I'm also getting a new horn. A Jupiter Tribune XO. I'm really excited about how things are going for me. My trumpet playing has been strong lately and consistent. Right now I'm working on the Hummel trumpet concerto and at the same time I'm trying to prepare my chops for the all state jazz band.
