Update

Sorry guys for not posting much lately. Marching band and other stuff that I've been working on has really been keeping me busy.

Well my chops are feeling pretty good. I feel like as if I have some nice control over the horn. Last night I heard this kid play trumpet at a competition and he had such a relaxed sound and that just reminded me of how much work i still i had to do.

In other news I dropped my trumpet yesterday. My mouthpiece got stuck and I messed up my main tuning slide. It keeps sliding off now. Hopefully I will be able to get it fixed. Also the marching band is doing really well. Yesterday me and the other 2 drum majors won best drum major for the 2nd time in school history. This was at our very first competition. So we're hoping to get a couple more of those this year.
