I received my Claude Gordon " Brass playing is No harder than Deep Breathing" book a couple of months back. I read it and got the concept of filling the tank up. Now I ordered the "Systematic Approach" book and I just got it December 12, 2001. I am still on lesson 1. I have decided to stay with each lesson for 2 weeks. So far I have learned the pedal register. My range is now pedal C to High E. My range use to be Low F# to High D. At first I wasn't sure which method to pick. But after reading the "Brass Playing is no Harder Than Deep Breathing". I was sure that I wanted to go with Claude Gordon.
