All State and Life

Hi to all and sorry for taking so long to type an entry. About my all state experience... It was just so unbelievable and I've just been so busy since I got back that I haven't had much time to do much working on the site.. But yeah all state I will never forget, i got to meet a lot of talented people and great musicians... I've been doing a lot of gigs at places like beauty pageants, churches, school stuff and other stuff..

Yesterday I had one of my best days playing.. I performed this song and while soloing I just got possessed and I just literally started tearing up while I was playing, I guess that my performance was so touching that people were just silent and once i got done i heard a lady scream "yes! lord!" and then i got a standing ovation. it was really a spiritual moment. Well I'm getting ready to go to my all county band practice...

Oh! I forgot to tell you you guys that this year I got 1st chair.. At my solo and ensemble I scored a 1 on my Hummel Trumpet concerto Performance (1 is the highest)... Anyways this year I was one of the 3 people in the county who got a perfect score for all county... On my next post I will explain the entire story behind this year's county band..... Well i gotta roll. Talk to you guys later..
